I map the mess before I build the fix.

Most automation projects fail because nobody understood the process first. Every system on this page went through the same four gates before a single tool got touched.

Most operations problems
aren't tool problems.

They're clarity problems. Teams don't need more software — they need to understand how work actually moves, where it stalls, and which parts deserve to be improved or automated versus redesigned entirely.

At my current marketing agency I operate across a multi-team, data-heavy marketing program — source data, processing, enrichment, analytics, telemarketing, and email execution. My job is to make that whole chain legible before anyone reaches for an automation tool.

Map first

I don't automate a process I haven't mapped end-to-end. Skip that step and you're just making a broken process faster.

⚙️

Improve before automate

You can't automate what you haven't improved. Redesigning the process is usually the real fix — automation just makes it stick.

AI needs structure

AI works on structured context. Feed it a scattered process and it fails faster than a human would — automation has to come first.

What I actually do
for your team.

Same four stages every time — here's what each one delivers, and what I use to do it.

01

Map

Process mapping & discovery

I sit with the team and trace how work actually moves — every handoff, every stall, every workaround — before recommending a single tool. You get a real picture of where time is going, not a guess.

02

Improve

Process redesign

Most broken processes don't need automation — they need to be rebuilt. I fix the process itself first, so what comes next makes a good process faster instead of a bad one louder.

03

Automate

Workflow automation

I build the automation itself, wiring together the tools your team already uses so the process runs on its own — no one babysitting a spreadsheet or re-keying data by hand.

AI

Claude Code & agentic AI

Once the process is mapped, improved, and automated, I bring in Claude Code and agentic workflows so the system can decide and act on its own — turning a team that runs automations into one that runs AI-native.

Marketing Agency

Current

Mapped how work actually moves across 5 teams — data processing, enrichment, analytics, telemarketing, and email — because nobody had a single picture of the whole chain before this. Found where handoffs were failing and built the Power Automate and Excel VBA fixes myself instead of just flagging them.

Ran 5–7 projects at a time, $30K–$50K each, and kept every launch on schedule. Built the shared production calendar that kept internal teams and outside suppliers from tripping over each other, and led a team of four.

Customer Win-Back / Churn Signal Agent

A weekly scan flags customers going quiet or piling up complaints, then a durable per-customer sequence drafts a personalized win-back message and follows up over 10 days — unattended.
